May, Monday 26th - Wednesday 28th, 2003 in Sophia Antipolis, France, organised by th European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), Sophia Antipolis, France and the Georg-August-University, Göttingen, Germany.

Advance registration deadline is 11st April 2003 and hotel reservation deadline is the 1st April 2003.
