There is one essential difference between record of and arrays. record = of are
unrestricted by default, array is always restricted by = declaration (u can not
declare an unlimited array).

just a minor issue: the allowed subtyping for arrays according to CR233 = is
just list subtyping, but not length restrictions. Whereas for types = defined as
record of length restrictions are also possible. I suggest = that arrays can
also be subtyped by restricting their length.
