This is just to inform you that the Change Request (CR) reporting
mechanism has been changed with the latest update of the www.ttcn-3.org
web site to give the community a better visibility of the CR handling
process in the future. It has been decided to move from a web form to a
Mantis based approach. This simplifies, e.g., to see the changes in the
standard documents between revisions. More importantly it allows any
user to monitor the progress of any CR. The only thing required is to
sign up for an ETSI Mantis account.

As a start all CRs reported in versions later than 3.0.0 and their
current status have been entered in the CR data base. This includes all
currently open CRs (but it means that 200+ closed CRs reported on older
version have not been recorded).
Note that the information to required from CR reporters essentially
stays the same however the format how to specify the information has
changed. There is detailed instructions on the revised TTCN-3 CR WWW
page (www.ttcn-3.org/ChangeRequest.htm) and a linked document as
to how Mantis is to be used for CR reporting and handling.
