as discussed today at T3UC: there are special TTCN-3 issues at STTT, but
STTT accepts also TTCN-3 oriented submissions in regular issues of the
journal:

sttt.cs.uni-dortmund.de/

So, if you are interested to place your results please submit to STTT.
