Hi,

Can anyone guide me what exactly we need to change if we are moving from
one domain to other domain like from avionics to automotive.

I think we should change adapters. What other things we need to change?

How this tool is used across different domains? Is it possible to write
hardware related adapters in C#?

Thanks

Dear Charaku,

You are probably asking just from TTCN-3 test environment point of view. I
assume that ll other changes like training the staff for new problem domain etc
have been handled already.

System adapter change is something that is not domain specific. I you are
testing different systems in the same domain you need different system aapters
also. In that sense moving from avionics to automotive is not bigger change than
moving from testing one application to another in the same domain.

In addition to different system adapters you need probably different codecs
also.

It depends on the TTCN-3 test tool you are using. For example with Elvior
MessageMagic TTCN-3 test tool you can write your system adapters in C#.
