Currently is defined:
DecimalNumber ::= {Num}

Which means that DecimalNumber is OPTIONAL for following float value definitions, i.e. gives 0 or more occurences of Num.

FloatDotNotation ::= Number "." DecimalNumber
FloatENotation ::= Number ["." DecimalNumber] E ["-"] Number

This gives particulary results in form of:

FloatDotNotation ::= Number "."
FloatENotation ::= Number "." E ["-"] Number

I am not very good at mathematics but it looks strange for me.
Is it correct float value format ?

Or it should be redefined to:
DecimalNumber ::= {Num} +
